Cerebral Palsy is a neurological condition that is typically caused by damage to the brain before or at birth. According to the Philippine Proclamation No. 588, September 16-22 of every year is declared as Cerebral Palsy Awareness and Protection Week, dedicated to spreading awareness and promoting the development of the sector for persons with disabilities, most especially with cerebral palsy.
