ROOM CLEANING
● Room cleaning is scheduled every morning and afternoon.

● Linens are changed every other day, depending on the patient’s needs. Linens can be
charged more often as per request.
INPATIENTS ADMISSION PROCESS

FOOD DELIVERIES
● Meals are delivered at 5 AM-6 AM for breakfast, 11 AM-12NOON for lunch, and 6 PM-7 PM
for supper. The watcher is allowed to avail of the meals in the hospital’s dietary by informing
the Nurse’s station. Meal ordering and deliveries are allowed from 3 PM – 7 PM.

NURSE CALL SYSTEM
● Each room is provided a nurse call system to ensure immediate and timely communication
between the patient and the health care team. In addition, it protects and prevents the
patient and caregiver from unnecessary exposure to other diseases/illnesses that might be
incurred during the stay

PAYMENT SCHEME
● No deposit shall be required for emergency admission as per Republic Act 10932
● Deposits shall be required for elective procedures or operations
● Daily partial payment amounting to 50% of the current running bill is encouraged to prevent
the accumulation of bills during discharge. Payments are accepted till 4:00 pm daily
● The hospital accepts cash, major credit card, Manager’s cheques, and Fund Transfer
payments
● The hospital does not accept personal cheques for payment

DISCHARGE PROCESS
● To facilitate the discharge process, please prepare the following documents/requirements
● Updated MDR for PhilHealth benefit availment.
● Valid government-issued Identification cards – Senior Citizen card is accepted.
● Valid HMO-issued card or Letter of Authority if member/beneficiary of HMO.
● Valid credit for card payment.

– After settling of bills, 2 clearances shall be issued to the payer. The white form shall be surrendered
to the nurse’s station while the pink form shall be surrendered to the lobby guard upon discharge.
– The following documents shall be provided before the discharge of the patient: Clinical Abstract,
Discharge Summary, Prescriptions of home medications, and Medical Certificate.
