Kindly proceed to our Business Center, and our HMO officer will assist you.
Present your health card and your doctor’s request to facilitate Letter of Approval (LOA) before Consultation.
For patient without approval, you may still avail of our services on a cash basis.
FOR IN-PATIENTS: If you are a member of any of the above-mentioned Health Maintence Organizations (HMOs), please coordinate with our HMO officer at least two (2) days before admission to secure the LOA
